General Cleaner/Floater - On call

  • Shift: 4:00am - 12:30pm

Our professional-grade cleaning services, products, and technologies help keep dust, dirt, grime, and germs out of your workplace. We offer customized office cleaning services, as well as management and building maintenance services for organizations without a dedicated maintenance department.
Position Summary:
Cleaning Technician I: Employees provide general cleaning to customer sites.
Essential Job Functions (including but not limited to):
  • General Cleaning
  • Spot Cleaning / Vacuuming Carpets
  • Dusting
  • Trash Removal
  • Dust Mopping / Sweeping
  • Damp Mopping
  • Recycling and Breakdown of Materials Specific to Job Site
  • Restroom Cleaning
  • Damp mopping / disinfection of floors
  • Dusting spot cleaning of partitions and vents
  • Replenishing supplies such as toilet tissues, paper towels, etc
  • Removal of trash
  • Cleaning / disinfection of sinks, toilets, and urinals
  • Cleaning of mirrors and fixtures
  • Maintaining Janitor / Supply Closet
  • Ensuring all necessary cleaning solutions and equipments are available
  • Keeping equipment and supplies organized and ready for the next scheduled shift
Essential Job Requirements:
Experience:
  • 1 year of janitorial experience preferred.
Required Skills:
  • Successful completion of on-the-job rules, safety training, general office cleaning,restroom cleaning, and bloodborne pathogen training where required.

Physical Requirements:
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, push, pull, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, reach with hands and arms and talk. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
