4Real Cleaning Is a local cleaning company that provides commercial cleaning services to multiple businesses, offices and property management companies.

****Must have reliable transportation and able to drive from one location to another******

```Duties```

- Perform custodial duties such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, tables, and countertops
- Clean windows and glass surfaces
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when supplies need to be replenished
- Follow established safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Adhere to cleaning schedules and complete tasks in a timely manner

```Requirements```
- Previous experience in commercial or industrial cleaning preferred
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, and carpet cleaners
