Job description

POSITION OVERVIEW


We are hiring part-time Commercial Cleaners to service client locations across Greater Nashville. Shifts vary from daytime to overnight, giving you flexibility while keeping things consistent week to week. This is a W-2 position — you're part of the team, not just a contractor.


WHAT YOU'LL DO


• Clean and sanitize commercial facilities including offices, restaurants, and retail spaces

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and disinfect all surfaces to client and safety standards

• Clean restrooms, break rooms, and common areas thoroughly

• Restock supplies, empty trash, and maintain an organized work environment

• Work independently or with a small crew during assigned shifts

• Follow all health, safety, and client-specific protocols at every location


REQUIREMENTS


• Must be available on Sundays and Mondays (required shift days)

• Reliable personal transportation to reach job sites across Greater Nashville

• Must be willing to pass a background check

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30–40 lbs

• Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and a professional attitude


PREFERRED (NOT REQUIRED)

• Prior commercial or janitorial cleaning experience

• Restaurant cleaning experience is a MAJOR PLUS — familiarity with kitchen cleaning, hood vents, and grease management is highly valued
