Job description

Journeyman Electrician This is a newly opened, newly owned Mister Sparky location in Jackson, WI — clean slate, new leadership, and a technician‑first culture.  
If you’re looking for a stable, well‑run residential service shop with no legacy issues or chaos, you’ll notice the difference immediately.
We are building our founding field team for the Northern Milwaukee suburbs and Washington/Ozaukee County markets. This is a customer‑facing residential service role focused on troubleshooting, repairs, installations, safety inspections, and presenting clear options to homeowners.

Responsibilities

  • Install new equipment (lighting, switches, receptacles, panels, load centers, transformers, surge protectors, etc.)
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues in homes (panels, circuits, devices, wiring)
  • Identify root causes and deliver safe, code‑compliant solutions
  • Communicate clearly with homeowners and recommend needed repairs or upgrades
  • Provide accurate job scopes, material lists, and pricing
  • Maintain clean work areas and a professional appearance
  • Basic EMT conduit installation and bending
  • Present and sell additional programs and services
  • Deliver 100% client satisfaction
Qualifications

  • Wisconsin Journeyman Electrician License (Master welcome)
  • 5+ years residential service experience preferred for top pay
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
