As a Security Officer - Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc. What's in it for you: Site Location: Alpharetta GA 30004 Flexible schedule: Shift Times & Days varies based on availability.

24-40 HRS per week. Competitive hourly wage of $17.75 / hour (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!) A comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, a 401(k) retirement savings plan with employer matching contributions, paid time off (PTO) policy, paid holidays, disability coverage, and life insurance options Career growth opportunities at GardaWorld Uniform provided at no cost Responsibilities of a Concierge Security Guard Greet residents, guests, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner; provide high-level customer service at all times Monitor and control building access points to ensure only authorized individuals enter the premises Verify identification, credentials, and visitor logs in accordance with security protocols Maintain a secure environment by conducting routine patrols of interior areas, including hallways, lobbies, and restricted spaces Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies; follow established procedures for evacuation, medical situations, or disturbances Observe and report suspicious activity, safety hazards, or policy violations to management and/or law enforcement Provide concierge-style support, including answering inquiries, giving directions, receiving packages, and coordinating deliveries Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard Be authorized to work in the U.S. 1-2 years of Security experience preferred

Customer Service and/ or concierge experience is a plus. Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process Exceptional customer service skills Proficient in basic phone & computer skills If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience - even better.
