Job description

Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced All Source Analyst to join our team at Nellis Air Force Base (AFB) supporting the Air Combat Command (ACC) Intelligence Directorate (A2). The All-Source Analyst will provide advanced intelligence analysis, fusion, and tradecraft skills to facilitate and execute ACC exercises.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide analysis expertise to facilitate scheduled and ad-hoc intelligence training and readiness events.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including analysts, mission planners, and operators, to build realistic exercise scenarios for ACC exercises.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality intelligence products, including reports, briefings, and assessments, to inform exercise planning and execution.
  • Maintain proficiency in analytical tools, methodologies, and software to ensure the delivery of cutting-edge intelligence solutions.
  • Provide mentorship and training to junior analysts, fostering the development of analytical tradecraft skills.
  • Ensure compliance with all security protocols and classification guidelines.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications: 6 years w/o a degree or 4 years with AS/AA or 2 years with BS/BA or 0 years with MS/MA
Experience / Education: ed on DCWF code 111 Basic level
  • Technical Expertise:
  • Proficiency in Single/Multi-Discipline ISR Analysis and Multi-Int Fusion.
  • Familiarity with analytical tools, databases, and software used in ISR operations.
  • Experience planning or providing technical support to Large Force Employment exercises

  • Skills:
  • Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for producing high-quality intelligence products.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

  • Security Clearance: Active Top Secret/SCI clearance is required.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience at Air Force Major Command (MAJCOM) Intelligence Directorate or similar military organization.
  • Completion of a commercial, military, or U.S. Government all-source analysis training course or specialized intelligence certification.
  • Experience scripting intelligence products to facilitate Large Force Exercises. (RED FLAG, AGILE FLAG etc.)
  • Familiarity with advanced analytical tradecraft techniques and methodologies.
  • Experience: At least 6 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education or have associate's degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 4 years of related experience, for a total of 10 years, as a substitute to the bachelor's degree.

Target Salary Range
$66,000 - $106,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
