About the Role

The Warehouse Associate - Bilingual English & Spanish will be responsible for coordinating the flow of goods in and out of the warehouse, optimizing delivery schedules, and managing inventory levels. The Warehouse Associate will communicate effectively with both English and Spanish-speaking team members and clients, ensuring that all parties are informed and aligned. By utilizing strong organizational skills and attention to detail, the dispatcher will contribute to minimizing delays and maximizing efficiency in our supply chain. Ultimately, this role is vital for maintaining high standards of service and operational excellence within the warehouse environment.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily shipping and receiving activities to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Communicate with drivers, warehouse staff, and management to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
  • Occasionally aid drivers with deliveries
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
  • Provide support to team members and clients, ensuring clear communication in both English and Spanish.
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
  • Additional related tasks may be assigned as needed.
Physical and Safety Requirements
  • Must have physical strength and stamina to lift, carry, and move heavy materials (up to 50 lb.) consistently throughout the shift.
  • Capable of standing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching for extended periods throughout the shift.
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse environments with varying temperatures, including hot, cold, and humid conditions.
  • Ability to climb ladders or step stools and work at heights when necessary.
  • Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for handling materials and/or operating warehouse equipment.
  • Must be able to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Required to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, safety glasses, steel-toe boots, and high-visibility vests.
  • Strict adherence to OSHA safety standards and company safety protocols always.
  • Competent in safely operating warehouse machinery.
  • Must report any unsafe conditions or incidents immediately to supervisors.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations.
  • Able to perform the essential duties of the job.
