RendER Revenue provides claims recovery services to the healthcare industry. We leverage an efficient and effective data intelligence approach using proprietary algorithms to identify a greater number of accounts with recovery potential than traditional RCM processes. Our claims professionals investigate accounts, send demand packages to carriers, and see the claim through until payment is received.

Job Description
PURPOSE OF POSITION:
This role assists the Claims Support & Systems Specialist by completing a variety of task-oriented activities required for an efficient and thorough investigation of each account. Claims Support representatives work under the direct supervision of the Operations Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Setting up new claims with insurance carriers.
  • Obtaining file supports from client systems.
  • Reviewing payments from insurance carriers to clients.
  • Identifying and securing adverse insurance carrier/adjuster contact information.
  • Scanning, printing, and mailing outbound correspondence.
  • Performing all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred, but not required.
  • Interest in the healthcare or insurance industry preferred.
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Professional manner
  • Ability to clearly communicate, with proper grammar, both verbally and in writing.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office applications and PDF documents.

ADDITIONAL JOB DEMANDS:
  • Maintains confidential information.
  • Must have regular and predictable attendance.
  • Must be willing to work the necessary hours to complete projects.
  • Must have ability to perform repetitive motions in sedentary work environment.
