Job Title: Citrix System Engineer End Client: Client – North Carolina Work Location: Onsite, Hybrid - 1020 Birch Ridge Drive, Raleigh, NC 27610 Interview Mode: In-person Duration: 12 months Rate: DOE Visa: US Citizens & GC only

Must have skills:

  • JAMF Device Management and Security deployment and administration experience
  • Citrix XenMobile administration experience
  • Microsoft Office 365 enterprise level deployments and upgrades.
  • Experience with Active Directory group policies, application packaging, and level 3 support of these products

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Systems Administrator II. This position will serve as a service owner for JAMF, Microsoft 365, and Citrix XenMobile. JAMF is the software solution that was implemented to administer and control DOT's Apple Mac devices, this position will test, implement, and administer the JAMF software.
  • As the Microsoft 365 SME, these positions duties will include keeping informed of what features and changes are coming to the Office 365 Suite, leading version upgrade deployments, troubleshooting install issues, maintaining Office group policies, and being a consultation resource for support techs.
  • Their XenMobile duties will include building and maintaining the company's Citrix XenMobile environments, managing the 1000+ devices that use this system, and serving as the point of contact for issues regarding the system.
  • Additional duties will include application packaging, level 3 support, and group policy testing.
