Experience in large scale siloed environments. Cross team collaboration is a must and the ability to guide conversations along with taking on ownership and accountability for projects. Make recommendations on new products and approve new system design. Oversee system implementations to meet project requirements. Manage initiatives and projects to meet goals and deadlines.
Required:
• Knowledge of project management methods
• SaaS design experience.
o SSO - SAML (general)
o Azure (SSO, SAML, SCIM)
• RightFax in a large-scale environment (4 Years)
o On Prem
o SaaS or PaaS or IaaS
o T.38, G711 VOIP technology
o Basic understanding of SQL Server and its relationship to RightFax
o Telephony/Voice side
• Cisco call manager
• Oracle SBC
• Network Technology
o Network Load Balancers (F5)
o DNS Load balancing
o Understanding of DNS and provided services.
o TCP/IP, DNS, switching, routing, VLAN knowledge
