NEW HOME HOUSING CONSULTANT (SALES ASSOCIATE)
Compensation: Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions + Bonus Opportunities
On Target Earnings (OTE): First-year earning potential of $100,000 - $125,000, Strong Six-Figure Income Potential in year two and beyond for Top Performers
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Retail Schedule - Saturdays Required (Closed Sundays)
Work Location: Tucson, AZ (This is an in-person position)

Position Summary
We are seeking motivated, customer-focused, and driven sales professionals to join our team as Housing Consultants (Sales Associates). This role is responsible for guiding customers through the home-buying journey - from the initial inquiry and model tours through the sales process and home selection.
Housing Consultants work directly with prospective homebuyers to understand their needs, educate them on available home options, and help create a positive and professional buying experience.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is competitive, self-motivated, coachable, and looking for a career with uncapped earning potential. Training, lead opportunities, and ongoing support are provided.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Experience
  • Respond to incoming leads, customer inquiries, and walk-in traffic.
  • Build relationships with prospective homebuyers and identify customer needs.
  • Conduct model home tours, factory tours, and virtual presentations.
  • Educate customers on home features, floorplans, customization options, and pricing.
  • Guide customers through the sales and home selection process from initial inquiry through contract execution.
  • Prepare and review purchase agreements, pricing estimates, and related sales documentation.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up communication with prospective buyers throughout the sales process.
  • Work closely with the General Manager and Project Coordinators to ensure a smooth customer transition after the sale.
  • Deliver a professional, positive, and customer-focused home-buying experience.

Sales Performance & Lead Management
  • Manage daily lead activity and customer follow-up efforts.
  • Maintain accurate CRM notes, customer records, and activity tracking.
  • Follow company sales processes, communication standards, and operational procedures.
  • Continuously develop product knowledge and industry awareness.
  • Participate in sales meetings, coaching, role-playing, and training opportunities.
  • Assist with marketing efforts, referrals, and community outreach opportunities when applicable.

Team & Professionalism
  • Maintain a positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and management.
  • Represent the company professionally both in person and online.
  • Stay organized, accountable, and responsive throughout the sales process.
  • Support overall sales center operations and customer experience initiatives.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements
  • Previous retail sales, large-ticket sales, or customer service experience preferred but not required.
  • Previous commissioned sales experience is a plus.
  • Sales license may be required depending on state/location and must be obtained within required timeframe if applicable.
  • Saturdays are required.
