Job description

Bring your passion for helping others and your heart for service to Developmental Foundations. Join our team and make a difference every day! You will help lead CILA neighborhood homes for adults with developmental disabilities, in MATTOON, IL.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee CILAs (Community Integrated Living Arrangements): This involves supervising the daily operations of residential group homes for adults with developmental disabilities.
  • Provide Support: You will be responsible for ensuring individuals receive the necessary support to live as independently as possible within their community.
  • Team Leadership: You will hire, schedule, lead and mentor a team of Direct Support Persons (DSPs) who work directly with the individuals.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintaining a high standard of care and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations are crucial aspects of this role.

  • Must pass a background check
