The goal of CILA is to help individuals live as independently as possible while ensuring their safety and well-being. This model is commonly used in states like Illinois to promote inclusion and improve quality of life for people with disabilities.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a CILA (Community Integrated Living Arrangement) Direct Support Professional, and why are they important?
