This full-time remote role, located within a vibrant outpatient counseling environment, offers an annual salary between USD 100,000 and 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate mental health needs and construct individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique circumstances.
  • Deliver short-term individual counseling to patients, employing effective crisis intervention strategies suitable for diverse mental health challenges.
  • Facilitate engaging therapy groups and workshops that address pertinent topics—including stress management, anxiety reduction, and personal development—enhancing community engagement and patient empowerment.
  • Collaborate actively with various hospital departments such as emergency services, patient support, and local community organizations to provide seamless and integrated care.
  • Participate in outreach initiatives aimed at raising mental health awareness through campaigns and wellness events, helping to destigmatize mental health issues and encourage treatment seeking.
  • Maintain thorough and confidential patient records in accordance with HIPAA and ethical standards, ensuring compliance and safeguarding patient information.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
