Job description

Are you passionate about helping others navigate healthcare benefits and delivering exceptional service? As a Dedicated Client Service Partner, you will serve as the primary onsite connection between Cigna and a key client, supporting employees, HR teams, and leadership with benefit education, issue resolution, and personalized service.
In this highly visible role, you'll build strong relationships, resolve complex benefits and claims concerns, promote wellness programs, and help enhance the overall employee healthcare experience.
What you'll do to make a difference:
  • Serve as the onsite liaison between Cigna and the client organization.
  • Support employees and HR partners with medical, pharmacy, wellness, and benefits-related questions.
  • Resolve escalated issues involving claims, eligibility, authorizations, appeals, and benefit programs.
  • Educate employees through presentations, workshops, open enrollment events, and new hire orientations.
  • Build trusted relationships with client leaders and identify opportunities to improve service and employee engagement.
  • Support wellness initiatives and promote health and wellbeing programs.

What you need to be successful:
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare, health insurance, pharmacy, PBM, benefits administration, or customer service.
  • Strong problem-solving, relationship management, and communication skills.
  • Experience presenting to groups and educating employees on benefits programs.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms.
  • Ability to work onsite in Orlando, FL five days per week and travel locally as needed.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
