We are a growing, Spirit-filled, multi-generational church in Venice, Florida with a vision to reach families, raise leaders, and release world-changers. Our Production Department plays a vital role in creating engaging worship experiences where people can encounter Jesus.

Position Summary

The Production Director is a full-time staff role responsible for overseeing all aspects of production at Lift Church, including audio, video, lighting, stage design, and live broadcast. This individual will lead, develop, and disciple a team of volunteers and staff, ensuring excellence in every service and event.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all areas of production: audio engineering, video systems, lighting, and livestream broadcast.

  • Lead, train, and develop volunteers to serve with excellence and consistency.

  • Collaborate with the Worship Pastor, Communications Team, and Executive Pastor to create seamless worship experiences.

  • Maintain and manage all production equipment, systems, and technology.

  • Create and implement production standards, policies, and procedures.

  • Provide leadership for Sunday services, midweek rehearsals, and special events.

  • Troubleshoot technical issues quickly and effectively.

  • Help plan and execute creative elements (stage design, lighting scenes, special productions, etc.).

  • A growing relationship with Jesus Christ and alignment with the mission and values of Lift Church.

  • Proven experience in church production or a related field.

  • Strong technical knowledge of audio, video, and lighting systems.
