Job description

Role Description: 

This role that aims to create engaging video content that reflects the heart of God and His church by telling the story of the gospel, as well as the story of the local and global church.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop your leadership by owning responsibilities in a ministry area
  • Create video content for the ministries and campuses of NewSpring Church while pursuing truth, unity, and beauty in all that you create.
  • Must possess the drive to learn, grow and extend knowledge/skill set as often as possible
  • Conceptualize, shoot and edit creative content
  • Responsible for contributing to various parts of the production process (pre-production, production and
    post-production)
  • Direct talent and manage shoots efficiently
  • Work with or lead a team on a variety of projects
  • Value hard work and make rest a priority
  • Adhere to and encompass the qualities and characteristics required of NewSpring Church staff members, as defined by the Policies and Procedures Handbook.

Additional Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Follow our Creative Team Process
  • Collaborate within our Creative Team and with other ministries
  • Help care for and maintain our in house studio space
  • Ideate and pitch video projects


Role Requirements:

  • This role is full time 40 hours per week.
  • This role is eligible to receive a housing allowance.
  • A degree is preferred.
  • This role adheres to a standard schedule, knowing it may fluctuate at times & based on certain needs. Standard schedule is:
    • Sunday: 8:15AM - 1:00PM
    • Monday: 9:00AM - 5:00PM
    • Tuesday: 9:00AM - 5:00PM (offsite optional)
    • Wednesday: 1:00PM - 8:00PM
    • Thursday: 9:00AM - 5:00PM
