Responsibilities
  • Lead, manage, and grow the Communications ministry of Front Range Church while supporting the overall mission and vision of the church.
  • Serve as the primary steward of the Front Range Church brand by maintaining consistency in visual identity, messaging, tone, language, and design standards across every ministry and communication channel.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies for church-wide initiatives, ministries, sermon series, events, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Create compelling graphic design assets for weekend services, sermon series, ministries, events, print materials, signage, environmental graphics, digital advertising, and social media.
  • Develop and oversee the church's social media strategy, including content planning, publishing, audience engagement, and campaign execution across all platforms.
  • Lead marketing efforts for major church initiatives including Easter, Christmas, conferences, worship nights, and other church-wide events.
  • Manage all church communication platforms including the website, church app, email marketing, digital advertising, and ministry communication systems.
  • Write and oversee church-wide communications including email campaigns, announcements, promotional copy, donor communications, and ministry messaging.
  • Collaborate with pastors and ministry leaders to develop strategic communication plans that effectively support ministry goals.
  • Lead photography, videography, storytelling, and content creation efforts that communicate the life change happening at Front Range Church.
  • Recruit, train, and lead volunteer creative teams including graphic designers, photographers, videographers, social media contributors, writers, and other communication volunteers.

  • Oversee the Communications budget and manage relationships with outside vendors.
  • Support church-wide events and willingly step into non-communications roles when needed to serve the broader mission of the church.
