Job description

Multiply Church Concord is hiring a Full-Time Media Director!

We are looking for a skilled, dependable, and ministry-minded individual to lead the Media Department at Multiply Church. This position oversees ouraudio, video, lighting, cameras, presentation systems, and technology, while recruiting, training, and developing a strong team of Media Multipliers.

The Media Director plays a key role in preparing and executing Sunday worship experiences, supporting church-wide events, maintaining and troubleshooting media equipment, and providing technology support throughout the week. The ideal candidate has experience in church media or live production, strong technical and organizational skills, and a heart for developing people and serving the local church.

Our goal is bigger than operating equipment-we want to use technology with excellence to remove distractions, support ministry, and create environments where people can encounter Jesus.
