Job description

Tri-City Christian is looking to hire an ECE teachers assistant who will be responsible for supporting the master teacher  in providing a safe, positive, and nurturing environment while supervising the children.
Responsibilities
  • Routinely interfaces with family members and colleagues, and enjoys the support of the classroom teacher, center director and campus superintendent.
  • Assists in the planning and implementation of engaging, biblically-based curriculum.
  • Assists in the designing and maintenance of an enriching classroom environment.
  • Assist in the daily supervision of children.  
  • Assists in conducting bi-annual assessments to ensure children are meeting or exceeding goals.
  • Assists with portfolios to capture evidence of growth throughout the school year.

Requirements:
  • Dedicated Christian.
  • Well-organized, dependable and conscientious.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Early Childhood Education and experience needed.
