Head of School - Heritage Christian School

Heritage Christian School in North Liberty, Iowa is seeking an experienced Head of School (HOS) who is passionate about leading a missional school with a Biblical worldview. The HOS serves as the chief executive and spiritual leader of the school responsible for the overall leadership, vision, and administration of the institution. The HOS advances the school's Christian mission, provides executive oversight of school operations, ensures accreditation and educational savings account (ESA) compliance, supervises organizational leadership/staff, and implements board-approved policies and strategic goals.

The Head of School works collaboratively with academic leadership and administrative staff to ensure operational excellence, student success, organizational health, and mission alignment throughout the school.
