What is Christian administration?

Christian Administration refers to the management and organization of church operations, ministries, and resources to support the mission and vision of a Christian organization or congregation. This role typically involves overseeing finances, coordinating events, supervising staff and volunteers, and ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards. Administrators work closely with church leadership to facilitate effective communication, planning, and execution of church activities.
