Schedule: Rotating shifts (including evenings, weekends, and holidays)
Make a Difference When It Matters MostJoin the Choices Mobile Crisis Response Team and be on the front lines of helping individuals through mental health and substance use crises. This is a 24/7 emergency response team that provides
in-person support within 60 minutes, helping people stabilize, connect to resources, and begin their recovery journey.

What You'll Do- Respond in person to mental health or substance use crises as part of a team-based mobile unit
- Use de-escalation techniques to safely support individuals in crisis
- Provide short-term follow-up support (up to 42 days) to help individuals connect with community resources and maintain stability
- Collaborate with clinical leadership, peers, and community partners
- Document services and maintain accurate, timely records
- Participate in weekly supervision and team meetings
- Follow program protocols and contribute to continuous quality improvement
- Represent Choices' mission and services to individuals, families, and community partners
What We're Looking For- High school diploma or equivalent
- Training or education in mental health and/or substance use recovery (or willingness to complete within 90 days of hire)
- Ability to respond to crisis calls within 60 minutes
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented mindset with professionalism in diverse settings
- Valid driver's license and access to a smartphone
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours (evenings, weekends, holidays)
Preferred:- Experience in crisis response or behavioral health
- Bilingual (Spanish)
