Field Nurse Case Manager (Workers' Comp) Experienced- San Francisco / Oakland
This field-based role covers cases across San Francisco, Marin, and the immediate inner East Bay (Oakland/Berkeley).
Registered Nurse – Workers’ Compensation Field Case Manager
MUST RESIDE IN THE SAN FRANCISCO / OAKLAND TERRITORY

Choices Case Management is currently seeking experienced full-time RN Workers' Compensation Field Case Managers to serve our San Francisco / Oakland territory.
This is a field-based position with a home office setup and local travel up to 60% to medical appointments and provider offices.
What We’re Looking For:
  • 2+ years of direct Workers’ Compensation Case Management experience
  • Current California RN license
  • Residence in the county noted above
  • Strong communication, critical thinking, and documentation skills
