Job Description
FT Caregiver - CNA or Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) - Lancaster, PA - Dementia Care
All Hands Home Care is actively hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) for a full-time split SHIFT position in Lancaster, PA (17603). If you have experience in dementia care and a passion for helping others, we want you on our team!
As a caregiver with All Hands Home Care, you'll provide high-quality in-home support to clients who rely on your compassion, professionalism, and care.
Position Details:
  • Full-Time Split Shift 9:30AM - 1PM / 3:30PM - 7PM
  • Location: Lancaster, PA 17603
  • Client Population: Seniors with dementia and personal care needs
  • Role: Home-based, non-facility caregiving

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including hygiene, dressing, ambulation, and meals
  • Monitor and support clients with dementia and memory care needs
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Document care and maintain accurate records
  • Uphold client confidentiality and follow all agency protocols
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Qualifications
  • Certified Home Health Aide, Certified Nursing Assistant
  • 1+ years of experience
  • Experienced with Alzheimer's and/or Dementia
  • High school degree

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certified CNA or HHA (required) *Bilingual in Spanish a plus
  • Previous experience with dementia or Alzheimer's care
  • Ability to build strong rapport with clients and families
