Location - Times Square, New York, NY
Salary - $70,000-$90,000
Benefits - Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, and Additional Perks
New Hong Kong-style fast-casual concept bringing wok-driven comfort food and high-volume service to Times Square.
Qualifications:
Tenure that shows stability in prior roles (no job-hoppers)
Minimum three years of experience as a Kitchen Manager within a high-volume QSR or polished fast-casual concept
Strong professional wok cooking experience is required
Experience managing line execution, ticket times, prep, production, and service flow
Proven ability to recruit, train, schedule, develop, and hold hourly kitchen employees accountable
Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, temperature controls, and cleaning procedures
Experience maintaining consistent recipes, portions, presentation, and product quality
Ability to manage ordering, receiving, inventory, storage, waste, labor, and food-cost controls
Experience establishing kitchen systems, prep lists, station procedures, and opening and closing standards
New restaurant or new store opening experience strongly preferred
Experience with Hong Kong, Cantonese, Chinese, or comparable wok-driven cuisine preferred
Experience managing dine-in, takeout, and delivery volume simultaneously
Bilingual Chinese or kitchen Spanish skills helpful but not required
Must be local to the New York City market and able to commute reliably to Times Square
