About the Role
PetPals Group Inc. is a growing leader in the pet products industry, partnering with suppliers, distributors, and retailers worldwide. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support customer accounts, sales operations, product launches, and trade show activities. This role works closely with customers, suppliers, warehouses, and overseas partners and offers excellent exposure to sales, account management, product coordination, and international business operations. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales & Customer Support
  • Support wholesale, retail, and direct import customer accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through timely communication and follow-up.
  • Prepare quotations, presentations, product information, and customer proposals.
  • Assist with sales reporting, forecasting, account analysis, and growth initiatives.
  • Support customer meetings, product presentations, and promotional activities.
ย Order & Account Coordination
  • Process customer orders and maintain accurate records in ERP/OMS systems.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, accounting, logistics, and overseas teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Monitor order status, shipments, and customer requirements while proactively resolving issues.
  • Maintain customer files, sales records, and supporting documentation.
ย Product & Trade Show Support
  • Assist with new product setup and maintenance.
  • Coordinate with Product Development, Sales & Marketing, and suppliers on product launches and updates.
  • Create PowerPoint presentations and sales materials.
  • Assist with trade shows, customer events, and promotional activities.
  • Attend domestic and international trade shows as needed.
ย Reporting & Business Development
  • Monitor competitors and industry trends.
  • Prepare sales reports and performance analyses.
  • Support business development and growth initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, account coordination, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
  • Experience with ERP or similar business systems preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (approximately 15%).
  • Experience in consumer products, wholesale distribution, retail, or the pet industry is a plus.
