About the Role

PDM is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Logistics Data and Operations Specialist to manage high-volume international shipments of medium and low voltage transformers from Shanghai through final delivery across North America. This role reports directly to the Director of Logistics and serves as the central point of coordination across ocean freight, containerized shipments, customs, and inland delivery. • Serve as the central data control point for MV/LV transformer and containerized logistics activity, validating shipment data, milestones, and timelines before internal distribution

  • Manage and track international ocean shipments (FCL/LCL) from origin through final delivery, including vessel schedules and container movement

  • Communicate daily with China-based teams and freight forwarders in Mandarin to drive execution, resolve issues, and align on shipment status
