Job description

IMMEDIATE job opportunity for a driven individual who has a proven track record of performance and a desire to work for a well-established organization. We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant for a California-based company providing turnkey solar energy solutions, including Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC), along with permitting and maintenance to enhance sustainability, located in Irvine, CA.

This is a part-time/hybrid position, 3 days per week at office, totaling 20 hours per week. Willing to work outside of normal business hours to liaise with overseas vendors.

We are seeking a bilingual, part-time Administrative Assistant for a hybrid role based in Irvine, CA. Mandarin Chinese and English speaking is required for the success of this role. This position primarily involves bookkeeping for a portfolio of businesses, overseas procurement, and administrative support for an executive team. The selected candidate will act as a key point of contact between executives, clients, and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and operations.

Qualifications
English and Mandarin Chinese speaking required
Proficiency in bookkeeping and executive administrative assistance
Strong phone etiquette and effective communication skills
Competence in performing clerical tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Experience with Alibaba software

Compensation: $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
