Job description

This Production Engineer (Korean Bilingual) Position Features:

We are seeking a Korean bilingual Production Engineer to support engineering operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position will play a key role in overseeing engineering projects, supporting process improvements, collaborating cross-functionally, and helping drive operational efficiency and product quality.
The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background, excellent communication skills in both Korean and English, and experience working within manufacturing, production, battery systems, or related industrial environments.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and execute engineering projects to ensure timely and cost-effective completion
Supervise and support engineering team activities while promoting collaboration and accountability
Assist with resource planning, budgeting, and allocation of materials and tools needed for projects
Identify opportunities to improve production efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality
Collaborate with operations, production, quality, and leadership teams to align engineering initiatives with company objectives
Support research and development efforts for new products, technologies, and manufacturing processes
Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and operational performance metrics
Provide technical guidance and problem-solving support to production and engineering teams
Maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders and global partners when needed
Qualifications
Korean bilingual required (Korean/English)
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Management, Technology Management, or related field
Minimum of 1+ years of engineering, manufacturing, or related experience
Strong technical knowledge of engineering principles within manufacturing or industrial environments
Experience with project management, scheduling, budgeting, and resource coordination
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with battery pack manufacturing or ESS (Energy Storage System) quality control
Understanding of:
BMS (Battery Management Systems)
PCS (Power Conversion Systems)
Experience working with global customers or international regulatory compliance standards
ISO and/or Six Sigma certifications (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred)
Additional Information
This is a fully onsite position located in Phoenix, AZ
Flexibility to work Saturdays as business needs require
