Job Overview:

  • Salary/Pay Rate: $80,000 - $100,000+ (Commission Only) plus Performance Bonus.

  • Location: Travel Required (Amarillo, TX).

  • Job/Employment Type: Full Time.

  • Project Scope: Residential and Commercial Foundation Repair.

  • Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: Current Drivers license

The Opportunity: You will act as a trusted advisor to homeowners by providing honest, integrity-driven assessments of their propertyโ€™s structural health. This role offers the chance to leverage our proven 50-year training system to achieve high-earning potential without needing prior sales experience.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Conduct in-home consultations to evaluate foundation issues and present lasting structural solutions.

  • Execute the companyโ€™s specialized sales system to ensure consistent results and customer satisfaction.

  • Build authentic relationships with clients through a personable approach rooted in honesty and integrity.

  • Generate compelling project proposals that clearly communicate the value of our specialized services.
