Job description

Childcare Team Member Description
Childcare team members provide care for children and babies during weekly ministry events and help them discover and deepen their relationships with Jesus. Childcare team members partner with parents and the COTR Kids Ministry team, and report to the Childcare Director.
Key Responsibilities
1. Weekly Ministry Events with Childcare
โ€ข Pay attention to childcare schedule and communicate all unavailable dates with Childcare Director
โ€ข Arrive 15 minutes early when scheduled to work in childcare
โ€ข Stay at least 15 minutes after an event to properly clean & reset childcare areas
โ€ข Actively engage with children and participate as part of the childcare team
โ€ข Care for parents and children with understanding, maturity, and professionalism
2. Stay Up to Date on All Trainings & Requirements
โ€ข Be available for meetings with Childcare Director
โ€ข Attend any necessary trainings
