• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children to identify individual needs and formulate appropriate treatment plans.
• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), collaborating with families and educational professionals to enhance each child’s learning experience.
• Monitor and evaluate progress of children receiving services, adjusting interventions as necessary to maximize developmental outcomes.
• Provide one-on-one support and consultation to families, offering education on developmental milestones and strategies to encourage skill acquisition.
• Ensure compliance with all Federal and State regulations pertaining to social work practice and early intervention services.
• Utilize evidence-based methodologies in delivering services and fostering meaningful connections with clients, enhancing their engagement and participation.

The primary focus of this role encompasses infants and toddlers who exhibit developmental delays or disabilities. These children often require specialized intervention to support their physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills. As an LCSW, your efforts will directly influence their growth and developmental trajectory, ensuring they receive the necessary support to reach their full potential.

• Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current LCSW license issued by the Department of Public Health.
• Possession of a valid driver's license for potential community-based visits.
• Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in establishing rapport with clients, families, and team members.
• Demonstrated commitment to Natural Learning Environment Practices in delivering services.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience working with children in early intervention programs, demonstrating proficiency in child development principles.
• Experience in facilitating group interventions and parent education sessions.
• Familiarity with assessment tools and individualized service planning.
