About this opportunity:
  • Students will be exposed to and engaged with new product testing and verification, HW test automation frameworks design and automated test solutions development. 
  • Learn test requirement definition and test automation design, work with test equipment such as Oscilloscope, traffic generator and debug process in the lab.
  • Students will help with HW/SW test execution, test script creation, data analysis and visualization, and documenting test results.

Key highlights of the role:

  • Exposure to product test requirement definition, Test automation framework design and manual/Automated test execution for Hyperscale products.
  • Understanding of the full life cycle of product development in Networking, storage, servers, and  AI racks. 
  • Working closely with experienced System Test and Automation engineers and learning design practices.'

Preferred Skills:

  • Understand basics of Circuit theory
  • Good knowledge of scripting languages like Python 
  • Have taken some of the electrical engineering and Computer Science/Engineering courses and done lab work
  • Ability to learn new tools for software and hardware testing
  • Capability to effectively work cross-functionally
  • Excellent time management
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Excellent analytical, report writing and problem solving skills
  • Read and understand engineering drawings
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Physical Demands
  • Duties of this position are performed in a normal office environment.

  • Duties may require extended periods of sitting and sustained visual concentration on a computer monitor or on numbers and other detailed data.

  • Repetitive manual movements (e.g., data entry, using a computer mouse, using a calculator, etc.) are frequently required.
