This full-time position offers an annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience, along with additional bonuses. • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for children and adolescents, evaluating psychological, emotional, and behavioral needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that integrate evidence-based practices tailored to the developmental stages and family dynamics of each client.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities to address mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral disorders.
• Lead family therapy sessions to enhance familial support systems and reinforce nurturing environments.
• Collaborate closely with child psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to coordinate holistic care and ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support during mental health emergencies involving children and adolescents.
• Educate clients and families on mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources.
• Maintain accurate, secure, and confidential documentation of sessions and treatment progress in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Engage actively in team meetings, case discussions, and professional development initiatives to remain aligned with best practices in child and adolescent mental health.
• Stay updated on current research developments in the field to enhance treatment strategies and approaches.

This role primarily focuses on delivering mental health counseling for children and adolescents ages 5-18. You will address a variety of mental health concerns, including emotional difficulties and behavioral problems, providing services that promote resilience, coping strategies, and overall mental wellness. A deep understanding of child development and cultural competency will be essential in tailoring your therapeutic approaches to the diverse backgrounds of our young clients.

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Possession of a current and valid state licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
• Strong understanding of child and adolescent mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies.
• Proven experience in conducting individual and family therapy with a focus on children and adolescents.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating a compassionate and child-centered approach.
• Ability to establish strong rapport and trust with clients, their families, and other professionals.
• Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and familiar with technology for telehealth services.
• Capability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to support comprehensive care delivery.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting, specifically focusing on child and adolescent populations.
• Experience in integrating family systems theories into therapeutic practice.
• Involvement in crisis intervention protocols and emergency mental health care.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote counseling methodologies.
