• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each client.
• Facilitate one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing a range of evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices to promote client engagement and progress.
• Implement behavioral strategies and interventions that enhance client throughput and effectiveness in treatment, continually adapting approaches based on client feedback and progress.
• Maintain accurate and organized clinical documentation in electronic medical record (EMR) systems, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance counseling skills and stay updated on the latest research and therapeutic techniques.

Your clients will range from children to adults, each facing varying degrees of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will play a critical role in helping these individuals navigate their mental health journeys, applying therapeutic assessments and interventions tailored to a diverse population.

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.
• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience working with diverse client populations is essential.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to effectively connect with clients and document case notes.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) and telehealth platforms is a plus, as this will enhance your overall efficiency in managing client data.

• Experience in providing teletherapy or remote counseling services is highly desirable.
• Specializations or additional certifications in areas such as trauma-informed care, addiction counseling, or child and adolescent therapy will be advantageous.
