Little Falls Community School District is excited to announce an opening for a full-time Child Care Program Assistant to join our Little Flyers Child Care Center team! This year-round position works Monday-Friday and plays an important role in supporting the daily operations of the District's Child Care Program. The Child Care Program Assistant assists with administrative tasks, program activities, staff support, and family communication to help maintain a safe, organized, and developmentally appropriate childcare environment for students. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative setting and is passionate about supporting high-quality care for children and families in our community.
This position is an At-Will Contract Agreement position. The selected candidate will be employed based on qualifications, experience, and the needs of the District. Candidates should possess the skills, knowledge, and experience necessary to successfully perform the essential duties of the position. Relevant education, childcare experience, administrative experience, and/or experience working with children is preferred.
