Job description

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Associate to provide support to the Chief Growth Officer and Chief Solutions Officer (and their teams) at Cerity Partners. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of daily functions and delivering exceptional service to our clients. This individual will also partner with the other parts of the organization and gain valuable experience in business development efforts across individual, institutional and corporate clients. The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and capable of handling various responsibilities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support Chief Growth Officer and Chief Solutions Officer (and their teams).

    • Help coordinate and plan events.

    • Handle all logistics for meetings and travel - including room bookings, catering requests, and coordinating facilities for setup and cleanup.

    • Complete and submit expense reports for executives.

    • Assist Partner(s) with creating, collating, and distributing meeting and presentation materials, including PowerPoint decks.

    • Plan and orchestrate work to ensure the priorities of the Partner(s) are met, organizational goals are achieved, and best practices are maintained.

    • Perform daily operational tasks as needed and assist in other duties as assigned.

  • Provide tactical support for key growth initiatives touching solutions, business development and digital marketing

  • Receive valuable training and mentorship for future sales and solutions positions in the firm.

Required Credentials:

  • 4-Year Bachelors Degree

  • Interest in sales and business

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.

  • Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products, Zoom, Teams and standard office equipment.

  • Commitment to confidentiality and maintaining discretion.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-based environment.

  • High degree of professionalism in working with diverse groups of people, including senior executives, colleagues, community leaders and clients.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Display excellent time management skills.

  • Adherence to compliance policies and procedures.

  • Ability to exercise independent judgment in planning and prioritizing work.

Compensation:

$65,000 - $75,000
