Position Summary:ย
The Executive Assistant serves as a strategic partner to the Chiefย Operatingย Officer, operating with exceptional judgment, strongย project managementย knowledge, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. This role supports the COO in managing complex priorities, driving high-impact initiatives, coordinatingย Senior Leadershipย activities, and strengthening communication across theย COO'sย team. The Executive Assistant manages sensitive information with absolute discretion, ensures operational excellence, and helps enable the organization's mission by maximizing the COO's effectiveness.ย

Jobย Duties &ย Functions:ย
- Manage and optimize the COO's complex calendar, prioritizing meetings and anticipating scheduling needsย
- Coordinate, track, and support execution of cross-departmental strategic projects and initiativesย
- Serve as the strategic intake and prioritization lead for the COO, filtering information and requests to enable focus on high-value prioritiesย
- Anticipateย the Office of the COO'sย needs and proactively remove obstacles to progressย
- Facilitate communication and alignmentย within the Office of the COO.ย
- Coordinate allย COOย meetings, including agenda development, materials preparation, and follow-up action trackingย
- Act as the primary point of contact forย COOย regarding logistics, information requests, and meeting follow-upsย
- Draft, edit, and prepare internal and external communications, presentations, and reportsย ย
- Coordinate and manage COO travel arrangements and expense reportingย
- Plan, coordinate, and executeย COOย events, offsites, and key leadership meetings with a high level of detail and accuracyย
- Manage confidential information with discretion, sound judgment, and professionalismย
- Support cross-organizational initiatives by preparing briefings, summaries, and decision-ready materials for the COOย
- Perform other duties as assignedย ย
Requirements &ย Qualifications:ย
EDUCATION:ย ย
- Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Communications, Organizational Development, or related field), or equivalent professional experienceย ย
EXPERIENCE:ย ย
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience directly supporting C-suite or senior executivesย
- Proven ability to manage confidential or sensitive executive-level informationย
- Experienceย preparing executive-level presentations, reports, or formal communicationsย
- Experience coordinating travel and managing executive expense reportingย
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams)ย
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana) preferredย ย
Work Location:ย This is a hybrid opportunity open to folksย residingย in theย Greater Denver Metro areaย and will requireย the majority ofย daysย per week on-siteย with some timeย workingย remotely.ย
Shift/Hours:ย This is a Monday through Friday, 8-5 PM role.ย May require occasional evening or weekend hours.ย
Physical Requirements: Ability to sit, stand, bend, and reach; operate standard office equipment including phone, computer, copier, printer, and scanner. Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds. Primarily office-based work. May require occasional evening or weekend hours.ย
