To thrive as a Chief Operating Officer (COO) remotely, you need extensive experience in operations management, strategic planning, and a proven track record of leadership, often supported by an advanced business degree. These skills and qualities are vital for ensuring organizational efficiency, maintaining alignment, and driving growth across distributed teams.
