- Credentialing strategy and market expansion:
- Lead AMPP's credentialing strategy and market expansion, integrating standards driven certification and specification driven credentialing to grow adoption.
- Align priorities, resources, and cross-functional teams around a unified education and credentialing agenda that accelerates strategic impact.
- Learning ecosystem design and modernization:
- Modernize AMPP's global learning and credentialing ecosystem across all delivery formats and languages, including curriculum, instructional design, learning technology, assessment platforms, digital badging, and data informed decision making.
- Digital and data transformation of learning systems:
- Lead the digital and data transformation of AMPP's learning systems, rebuilding how content, assessments, and credentials are delivered, measured, and improved.
- Full P&L ownership of credentialing portfolio:
- Lead education and credentialing products with full P&L accountability.
- Member value & revenue generation:
- Drive growth of non-dues revenue through education, certifications, sponsorships, and corporate learning partnerships globally while ensuring long term portfolio sustainability.
- Workforce alignment with global industry needs:
