Job Title: Unarmed Security Guard-$18/hr starting salary

Position Overview:

A successful Unarmed Security Guard creates a productive working atmosphere for our team and our clients. We feel that customer service, communications, alert observe and report capabilities, and professionalism are the differences that separate us, in this very competitive space. We define professionalism as being punctual, being spotlessly uniformed and following the post orders for each of our client locations.

Responsibilities:

Culture Development and Performing Duties Day to Day: -Be prepared to travel to a different work site on a daily basis and maintain punctuality -Establish good and frequent communication with our scheduling team. -Learn and utilize all the tools that keep your time and manage your payroll deposits. -Attend every confirmed shift on time and in the correct uniform. -Establish communication with the onsite supervisor and work together to make your shift the best it can be. -Diligently learn the likes and dislikes of each client and understand that we are a client focused company. -Adhere to professional and societal standards with regard to every individual with whom you interact, while representing Chicago Security Professionals.
