The Sous Chef - Asian Cuisine supports the Executive Chef in leading kitchen operations for an Asian concept within a casino property. This role is responsible for ensuring authentic execution, high-quality food standards, and efficient kitchen performance in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous in an Asian cuisine concept (e.g., wok chef)
