Cheese Packaging Associate Location: Milbank, SD Schedule: Full-time, rotating shifts (Day: 5:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. | Night: 5:00 p.m.-5:00 a.m.) Weekend Work: Alternating weekends About the Role Join our team and help package high-quality cheese that customers love! In this role, you'll work in a modern food production environment, making sure every box meets our quality and safety standards. If you enjoy hands-on work, being part of a team, and want a stable career with growth opportunities, this job is for you. What You'll Do
  • Package cheese into large boxes following standard procedures.
  • Operate equipment in the packaging room safely and efficiently.
  • Check weights and make sure each box meets specifications.
  • Keep records and complete paperwork accurately.
  • Maintain safety and quality by following food safety guidelines and wearing proper PPE.
  • Assist with cleaning and sanitation
  • Help train new team members when needed.
