We are looking for an experienced Solutions Architect to join our rapidly expanding Secure Service Edge business. This role involves overseeing all technical Proof of Concepts (POCs) within the Secure Service Edge domain and offering customers both technical expertise and strategic guidance.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance on technical and strategic aspects of customer engagements.
  • Provide POC and Eval guidance, support and strategic thinking in designing and improving new or existing processes.
  • Lead and manage different sales engineering opportunities, ensuring alignment with company objectives and sales targets.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer requirements and tailor solutions that address their needs.
  • Provide technical expertise and support during the sales process.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Work closely with product management and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and influence product development.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor products, and market intelligence
  • Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of our products and conduct C-level meetings.
  • Act as a liaison between the sales and product teams, providing valuable insights for product enhancements.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in leading and managing a sales process.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a sales engineering capacity.
  • International experience is requested.
  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts.
  • Proven experience in presenting products and solutions at National and International events, and local events.
  • 5+ years of a strong technical background with a deep understanding of cybersecurity, and network security.
  • Good understanding of Secure Service Edge and SASE solutions.
  • Extensive Salesforce experience.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated success in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to travel as required.
  • Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship from an employer now or in the future

The wage range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors in determining your pay. We'll consider your location, experience, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The wage disclosure has not been adjusted for applicable geographic differentials associated with the location at which this position may be filled. A reasonable estimate of the current base wage range for this role is $85, 000-$170,000. In addition to the base compensation, certain roles are eligible for additional compensation, including an annual bonus or sales incentive based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee's role. These awards are allocated based on individual performance.
