The Sales Associate role ensures every single Range USA customer is provided the assistance and knowledge to fulfill the experience they are seeking by being proficient in product knowledge, selling skills and operations. The main responsibility of the Sales Associate is to convert Range USA customers to buyers with sales that fulfill the desired experience.

Key responsibilities
  • Commitment to the mission of Range USA by providing the easiest and best customer service in the USA.
  • Provide outstanding customer service that is dedicated to exceeding customer expectations and fostering lasting relationships.
  • Greet customers and facilitate the customer experience.
  • Convert Range USA customers to buyers by asking for the sale to fulfill desired experience.
  • Ensure our customers leave with the complete package supporting their main purchase. Inform customers of Range USA services, discounts, exclusive offers, sales, and promotions.
  • Conduct range customer check-in in an efficient and friendly manner.

  • Remain up to date on new product and industry news.
  • When acting as an ecommerce picker, the pickup dashboard must be checked every hour, and any new orders should be picked.

Desired skills & experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of customer service sales experience, preferably within a specialty retail environment.
  • Ability to understand, recall and follow complex compliance regulations and the ability to work with highly confidential information.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule and hours necessary to open and/or close the store including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be 21 years of age.
