Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for hospitality, events, and building lasting client relationships? Arc Culinary is seeking a Catering Sales Manager to lead sales efforts for our dynamic catering and banquet operations at Chateau Mar Hotel.

About the Role: Catering Sales Manager
  • Responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with New and existing clients for Arc Culinary's catering operations at the Chateau Mar Hotel.
  • Play a key role in driving revenue growth through proactive sales, networking, public relations, and marketing initiatives-including social media outreach and community engagement.
  • Work closely with clients to plan and execute successful events, ensuring an exceptional guest experience that reflects Arc Culinary's high standards of quality and service.

What are the requirements?
  • High school diploma/GED required, Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • Prior experience in a sales and marketing role in a hospitality setting, which may substitute for bachelor's degree educational requirements.
  • Minimum of five years' experience as a Catering Manager, or equivalent combined industry experience in food service / hospitality / nonprofits.
  • Must successfully complete required screening: Level II background check, physical and drug screen.
  • Well versed in menu planning, food knowledge, contract negotiating, business planning and execution.
  • Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) Certification preferred.
  • Experience using CRM/event management software. Caterease preferred.
  • Must be detail oriented, organized, able to lead and direct a team of varied experience levels and be flexible with business demands including evenings and weekends.
