Principal Accountabilities

  • Ensure and monitor the cleanliness and orderly conditions of areas around the plant, such as workstations, social areas and grounds
  • Maintain and repair minor defects within the social and outside areas with direct guidance and oversight, including general ground's keeping
  • Perform minor construction and repairs under direct guidance to ensure ongoing operations of facility
  • May observe to learn and support minor repairs on systems (routine building maintenance and repairs) under direct supervision
  • May inspect equipment and systems for preventive maintenance following plant protocol and move equipment and furniture for cleaning or renovation purposes
  • Understand and adhere to all safety rules and regulations while maintaining a safe and clean work environment
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English
  • Must be able to Paint and Caulk
  • Basic knowledge of Building Grounds Maintenance, and Landscaping Skills
