We are seeking a full time Helpdesk support/ Network Admin as part of our technology team to work in our Ponte Vedra Beach, FL office or Mount Laurel NJ office.

We are looking for a highly motivated and versatile person to join us and be responsible for providing helpdesk support to our user community for various software and telecom related issues. Support of Microsoft Office products, Citrix, telecom and phones as well as several other key industry specific software packages. Some Network and software administration will also be required.


  • Serve as the first point of contact for internal customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email
  • Provide accurate information on IT products or services
  • Performing remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques
  • Setup of user accounts and client PCs or Terminal.
  • Provide support for Office 365 Exchange environment
  • Pass on any feedback or suggestions to the appropriate internal team member(s)
  • Recommend procedure modification or improvements
  • Some administration of cloud based servers and services

  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree from a four-year college or university or two yearsโ€™ experience providing helpdesk support and Network administration
  • Knowledge of Active Directory , GPO and basic Lan and TCP/IP skills
  • Ability to manage user requests and tickets.
  • Proven experience as a help desk technician or similar customer support role
  • Working knowledge of office automation products, databases and remote control
  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
  • Customer-oriented and cool-tempered
  • Must have desire to learn new skills
  • Must have good communication skills
  • Must be able to work in a team environment
