Spindle is hiring compassionate Instructional Aides to support students in school settings, often in 1:1 or small group roles. If you’re looking for flexible work that truly matters, this is a great fit.
What You’ll Do
Support students academically, socially, and behaviorally
Provide 1:1 or small-group assistance
Help with classroom routines, transitions, and participation
Follow IEPs and behavior support plans
Assist with supervision, mobility, and personal care as needed
Help maintain a safe, inclusive classroom environment
Basic Requirements
Associates Degree OR ParaPro certification
At least 18 years old
Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting if needed
TB test (per district requirements)
Willingness to complete required school clearances
Preferred Experience (Not Required)
School, childcare, special education, or behavioral health experience
Experience with autism or behavioral support
CPI, PMT, or RBT background
