We are seeking detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives. This role is responsible for managing inbound and outbound customer requests, coordinating service appointments, and ensuring a seamless experience across all customer touchpoints.
Compensation: $17.50 per hour plus potential bonuses

What You'll Do:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound and outbound requests for priority service appointments via phone, email, chat, and customer portals
  • Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments in coordination with capacity planners and dispatch teams
  • Handle a variety of customer inquiries including billing questions, technician ETAs, scheduling concerns, and product/service information
  • Resolve customer issues by identifying needs, researching solutions, and escalating when necessary
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update account information in internal systems
  • Accurately document and disposition all interactions in call monitoring software
  • Process payments in compliance with CPI regulations (when applicable)
  • Collaborate with Sales and Service Coordinators to improve scheduling accuracy and response times
  • Communicate service status updates to customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Support dispatch operations as needed to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Create and process invoices and maintain reporting requirements
  • Stay up to date on company products, services, and promotions
  • Maintain reliable attendance and consistent on-time performance
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Work Environment & Location

  • For all hybrid positions we require a minimum of 3 months 100% onsite at the start of employment. Hybrid is assigned based on performance and attendance adherence.
