Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - Oncology to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities
  • Provide compassionate nursing care to oncology patients in a clinical setting.
  • Coordinate patient treatments with interdisciplinary teams and manage care plans.
  • Administer chemotherapy and other oncology-specific treatments.
  • Monitor patients' responses to treatments and adjust care plans as needed.
  • Document and maintain accurate patient records using Epic charting system.
  • Participate in bi-weekly orientations to stay current with facility protocols.
Qualifications
  • Current RN licensure in NC or Compact state in hand.
  • A minimum of 2 years of oncology nursing experience.
  • Current BLS and OCN certifications.
  • Proficient in Epic charting system for documentation.
  • Experience in care coordination for oncology patients.
  • Ability to perform phlebotomy and other clinical skills as required.
